To be honest, I was not a huge fan of Instagram at first, I preferred Facebook to stay connected with my friends and family. However, as the change began to shift, so did I. What I found was the ability to use hashtags which helped to connect to different subjects, industries and ideas. When utilizing this ability as a professional, many may find that it is easier to locate and interact with relevant content in their industry. In addition, by increasing the followers on their platform increases viewers to see and interact with their product or idea.

This also allows professionals to have a platform to establish themselves as leaders in their particular industry. All of these functions that are offered by Instagram provides more opportunities for professionals to expand their business and professional learning network.
